一、售前服務

1、在對客戶是實驗室功用、要求有初步了解的基礎上，委派經過專業培訓的實驗室家具設計或銷售工程師與客戶討論設計方案。

2、考慮客戶的不同需求，本著“人性化”的原則，設計工程師根據場地空間、造型、安全性、便利性等情況，CAD電腦繪圖系統出具設計圖及家具的詳細規格，為客戶提供更直觀、專業的產品建議和布置方案。

3、與客戶確定設計方案后，設計工程師到工地測量核實尺寸以保證圖紙的準確無誤。

二、售中服務

1、堅持嚴格遵循客戶在產品材料與尺度等工藝技術上的要求進行生產制造。

2、嚴格依據雙方已確定的設計方案進行專業安裝，避免不必要的失誤，每一項工程均經過周密部署，注重整體安裝細節，展現完美的整體工程。

三、售后服務

1、從合同簽訂之日起至質保期內，我司對所有提供的產品提供免修服務。

2、在保修期內產品出現任何質量問題，維修工程師將在接到客戶維修通知后24小時內聯系溝通并到現場處理，一周內進行免費維修和更換。

3、對于我司所售產品，我司將對其承諾終身維修服務。

I. pre-sales service

3. After confirming the design plan with the customer, the design engineer shall check the dimensions to ensure the accuracy of the drawings.

Ii. Service in sale

1. Adhere to strict compliance with customers' requirements on product materials and scale technology and manufacturing.

2, strictly according to the design scheme of the two sides have been identified for professional installation, avoid unnecessary mistakes, each project have been careful deployment, pay attention to the overall installation details, show the perfect project as a whole.

3. After-sales service

1. From the date of the signing of the contract to the warranty period, our company will provide free service for all products provided.

2, during the warranty period, any quality problem, maintenance engineer will contact within 24 hours after informed the customer maintenance and on-site processing, for free repair and replacement within a week.

3. For the products sold by our company, our company will undertake a lifetime maintenance service.
